After snoozing my alarm for the 7th time, I finally decided to wake up, still drowsy. "Damn, its 8:30, missed the gym classes again." . Things like these are part of our live, or at least common to a great majority. We plan many things. we plan to exercise, clean up our work desk, read the business section of our newspaper and do the important house hold work, only if we wake up on time!.

This was and to some extent is still my habit. A few weeks back I have come across a course on Udemy  which is meant for people like me . The name of the course is sleep hacking.
